This guided program is designed for people who want to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their emotional resilience, and explore new strategies in a supported group setting.
Each week, we explore a specific theme such as boundaries, communication, values, emotional regulation, or self-compassion. Sessions are guided but not scripted. Sharing is always optional, and the group size is kept small to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
